Getting a diagnosis of a life threatening illness can be scary.  We can help you walk through this time as you sort out with your doctor what the best treatments are and how to ensure the best quality of life.

We can help link you to the right services and supports and we have a Palliative Resource team with special skills in pain and symptom management.  You don't need to do this alone.  Please watch our video - it talks about some of the programs and services that can support you and your family.
